As a proud Chilean, El Salvadorean, and American woman, she enriches her work with the vibrant and diverse cultural influences of her heritage. Her immersion in the catering industry began at the age of 15, and she has since refined her expertise through every aspect of the business. Holding a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Event Management from George Mason University, Yesenia’s career is marked by her dedication to exceptional event design and management. Her versatility and strong character are evident in her ability to manage diverse teams, ensure flawless event execution, and create impactful client relations. Yesenia thrives and loves the dynamic, people-centric nature of the industry, finding joy in collaborating with clients and vendors to create extraordinary food and event experiences.
